Tervis wanted to update their identity to better be able to compete against what had become a crowded marketplace. We went back to basics, polishing the essence of their nearly octogenarian family-owned company. After digging into research, and clarifying their status as a true classic American brand, we built a brand voice and look that reflected elements of their history and brought it into the twenty-first century by building from historic elements to create a beautiful, contemporary take on their with notes that suggest the wonders of nostalgia.
